Students and residents in training are invited to submit abstracts of rural health projects or research for oral or poster presentations at the 2017 West Virginia Rural Health Conference.

Faculty or health professionals are invited to submit abstracts of rural health projects or research for poster presentations only.

If presentation space is limited, students and residents will be given priority.

Submitted projects/research should be applicable to the health of rural West Virginians. Abstracts will be accepted for projects in-progress and completed projects, as well as those that have been presented elsewhere.

The review committee will use a rubric for evaluating abstracts. That rubric can be viewed here.

Abstracts will be reviewed by a committee of faculty and staff from health education institutions or organizations around the state.
