The review committee will use this rubric for evaluating abstracts.
Posters must be freestanding and no larger than 3’ x 3’. There will be two posters to a 6’ table.
- Use the form below to submit your abstract.
- The deadline for submissions is Aug. 30.
- Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified by Sept. 9.
Upon completion of this form you will prompted to email a letter addressing ethical considerations from your Institutional Review Board (IRB), Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee, or an acknowledgement letter from your IRB that the project is non-human subjects research.
If this is a community project, you may submit a letter that briefly explains that the process or project does not include data about persons.
