Position Title: Outreach Organizer
Position Status: Non-Exempt
Position Reports to: Communications Coordinator
Position Description: The Outreach Organizer will operate the WV FREE Integrated Voter
Engagement (IVE) program by organizing statewide canvass and phone banking campaigns to
identify reproductive health, rights, and justice supporters throughout West Virginia. Travel
(up to 50%) and hours outside the typical wok-day will be required.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

Logistics and Execution – 65%

Administration – 30%

Other duties as assigned related to the WV FREE Action Fund—5%

Compensation: Annual starting salary range is $31,000 – $33,000 commensurate with
experience. This a full-time, non-exempt position. Generous benefits include health and
dental insurance, matching 401K plan, a minimum of three weeks’ annual paid vacation and
possibility of sabbatical after 5 years of employment.

writing/verbal/organizational skills and who can speak to WV FREE’s mission and
what it would mean to work at WV FREE. Successful candidates are able to receive
direction well while working with minimal supervision in a team atmosphere. We
