Applicants must be third year students currently enrolled in an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school in the U.S. who are approaching their final year of school and will graduate in May or June 2022. Eligible students must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or have DACA status.

After receiving a nomination from the medical school dean’s office or dean’s designate, applicants should work with the medical school administrator to collect all necessary documents for submission.
