The West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission (WVHEPC) is exploring the possibility of launching a health sciences podcast, and we’re seeking data and information from individuals who work in the healthcare field or healthcare adjacent fields about their podcast listening habits to assist with its development.

The WVHEPC values accessibility and collaboration and would like to better understand the driving force behind healthcare staff choosing the profession and choosing to work in the Appalachian region. This survey will provide insight on how a podcast could best highlight the dedicated work being done in and around the healthcare field.

In order to move forward, the WVHEPC has created a survey to establish a clearer understanding of the demographics and a distinct measurable way to track interest in healthcare podcasting.
