The Health Equity In Cancer Virtual Series is presented by The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – The James. This program is hosted by the American Cancer Society with support from the Ohio Partners for Cancer Control.

The AAFP has reviewed Health Equity Through the Cancer Lens: Ohio/West Virginia Virtual Breast Cancer Leadership Forum and deemed it acceptable for up to 2.00 Live AAFP Prescribed credits. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
