Medicaid Matters: A Community Summit on Healthcare will be held October 1, 2024, at the Kanawha County Public Library, and will consist of two sessions.
The morning session will be open to the community for folks enrolled in, or have questions about Medicaid or its waiver programs, and WV Navigators will be on site to help with any potential Affordable Care Act (ACA) sign-ups or Medicaid eligibility determinations.
The afternoon session will consist of policy conversations from panelists composed of health care professionals and advocates focusing on Medicaid and its emerging issues, as well as substance use disorder and recovery and oral health.
