Organizations nationwide are invited to submit proposals focused on increasing awareness about COPD and encouraging actions that reduce its burden. The primary goal of this RFP is to increase capacity to support the development and execution of activities focused on advancing goals one and two of the COPD National Action Plan.

Special consideration will be given to innovative programs to be conducted in communities where COPD prevalence and disease burden is highest—namely the southeast and Midwest United States and rural communities.
