The Leadership Cooperative program is aimed at exploring leadership, empowerment  and creating a network of lifelong learners who understand the value of relationship building.   The project is designed to support health care professionals in rural West Virginia with an opportunity to engage in professional growth and increase networking opportunities with others with a passion for rural residents and their health.
