The WV BoS CoC is seeking Project Applicants for both the FY22 CoC Competition NOFO (Regular) and Special NOFO to Address Unsheltered and Rural Homelessness (Special). Agencies desiring to participate in the Regular or Special NOFO project application processes for HUD funding will need to read and complete the following process outlined in the attached Letter of Intent (LOI) in order to be eligible and prepared for this year’s application submission.
Agencies CoC-funded under FY 2021 are not required to submit a LOI, but should read through the attached document and the FY2022 CoC Competition (Regular) NOFO in its entirety to prepared for the application process in e-snaps and remain up-to-date on CoC meetings and the timeline for submission.
Due to the quick turn-around time outlined by HUD, we are combining the project application and ranking processes for both NOFOs. Below is the timeline for submission of the LOI, project applicant training, e-snaps submission due date, and project rating and ranking process. These dates are subject to change based on the Ranking Committee’s availability.

Apologies for this very short timeline, as these due dates must be met in order for the CoC to receive maximum points in both Consolidated Applications. Additional information on upcoming CoC planning meetings and Project Applicant training will be sent out by next week.
