You are invited to join the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for the fourth webinar in the monthly partner education series on Medicaid and CHIP Continuous Enrollment Unwinding. 

 

This month’s webinar will focus on the Health Insurance Marketplace’s role when a state’s Medicaid agency determines that a Medicaid beneficiary is no longer eligible for Medicaid/CHIP coverage and resources for partners to help ensure that people remain connected to health coverage. Topics discussed during this month’s webinar will include:

  • Process for transferring consumers that lose Medicaid/CHIP coverage to the Marketplace
  • Special Enrollment Periods for consumers that lose Medicaid/CHIP coverage
  • Local help available for consumers looking for health coverage through the Marketplace
