The WV BoS CoC is seeking Project Applicants for both the FY22 CoC Competition NOFO (Regular) and Special NOFO to Address Unsheltered and Rural Homelessness (Special). Agencies desiring to participate in the Regular or Special NOFO project application processes for HUD funding will need to read and complete the following process outlined in the attached Letter of Intent (LOI) in order to be eligible and prepared for this year’s application submission.
